Five Guys in Harker Heights

Not the best customer service or hospitality at all here. Made a order with 3 meals for my family, 2/3 orders were incorrect and made a call in complaint. We were offered to come back and order same order for free, im not even interested.

Burgers smell irresistible. Food is handled with care and respect even when no one is there. Great place for a cheat day

Very good food very pricey for the amount of food we got cause I'm always on road and I notice and focus on the quality and amount of food. prefer Whataburger when you when I take account off price

The Five Guys has been here for a few years now I just recently visited the Harker Heights location and I have to say that I was very impressed. Though it was a bit pricey compared to other burger places I have been to it was well worth the money. The employees were very friendly and my wait time was not long at all. Even after I had been served and was dining in with my son I saw a number of customers come in and get their food with not waiting too long. The burgers and ingredients were amazing and I left full and satisfied. I will be back again!!!

Good burger. Manager was on top of things this night.. made me a special order burger and had the staff make it twice cause he didn't like the first one.. didn't even give it to me, which I thought was awesome.. didn't wait for me to say something.. he caught it and made it right the first time.. nice change.. love the fries.. its expensive.. but worth the extra treat sometimes..

Five Guys is the only place I (personally) will get a burger from, other than Red Robin. Today's service, and food was subpar. Tomato and mayonnaise were the only extras that were correct on my burger. If I wanted lettuce I would've asked for it. The french fries tasted old. The employees were not paying any attention to the individual calling out orders, at all! Probably why my burger was not what I requested. Definitely not worth what the cost was. Should've gone to Red Robin. First time being disappointed with Five Guys. There won't be another time

The had the BEST crew EVER working today and the did their best making me a Chicago style hot dog w/plenty of love!

Food here is always great and the staff never disappoints. The Cajun fries are the best in fast food and the burgers are up there. Definitely the best bacon you can get on a fast food burger. I always come here expecting the food to be too greasy and it never is. Then I'm reminded of why the place is so great with the first bite.

Great food and great service. Even though there were several kids in my party, the staff was understanding and the kids didnt seem to bother them.

The burger was sloppy, fries were overcooked and lukewarm. I had a notion to drive to culvers, I wish I did. Better looking and tasting burger for half the price. No more 5G for me.

I can not recall a time where five guys has let me down. I love their natural flavored burgers and their abundance of fries. Five Guys will always get five stars from me.

Always a great place to eat. I would say it's the best burger place around. Definitely better than McDonalds or burger king. Prices are a little high but it is great food. And the drink machines offer like 5 or 6 different flavors of coke, Sprite, mellow yellow! Overall it's a nice facility, clean, with friendly staff.

Oreo Creme milk shake with oreo pieces was really good. The burgers and fries are always good.

Helpful hint. If your wife does not like the Cajun Spice on the fries... Ask for some on the side. The guys hooked me up with enough to take home for later. Above and beyond. LOVE Five Guys

Good food but very greasy!

I'm never disappointed whenever I visit here. The staff is always so smiley and the food is amazing. Honestly, Five Guys has the best burgers AND fries I have ever had. Wish I could eat here more often but it's a fantastic treat once and a while.

I'm going to refer to the young lady who assisted me at the register today as T.T. (Initials pulled from my receipt). She was very patient as I had trouble deciding what to select. Wanted to acknowledge her for the great service and the team for good food!

I've always loved this place. It's a once in a while thing due to the prices. It's a darn fine burger!

We like coming here. The food is consistently good and the staff are usually ready to help. Nice laid back atmosphere.

Solid burgers as always but fries are way too salty! Definitely too seasoned. We ordered thru Uber eats and it took about an hour. It wad quite a bit of fries... But we had to dip in ketchup to drown out the salt😬. Besides that, the burgers we're still 🔥 and fresh☺️.

This place 3 drops 1 basket of fries at a time knowing they are busy...fix this please.

Unfortunately the fries were overcooked, cheese wasn't even melted on the Burger. IN N OUT has way better taste to their burgers and fries. The cleanliness of the facility was pretty poor, I am not sure if they are understaffed or what.
